Every faction currently involved in the War for Jenys-S II has been perplexed
by the presence of the Tyranids on the planet`s surface.
Communications officers and vox operators are constantly checking with
their space stationed counterparts in orbit asking if there is any sign
of an approaching Tyranid Hive Fleet.
But so far there are no reports. And how could there be Tyranids on a planet

Tyranids on Jenys-S are following one leader-beast designated “Leader
Organism 1342”. It`s appearance is that of a towering Hive Tyrant.
But Leader Organism 1432 seems to possess abilities far beyond what other encountered Hive Tyrants have demonstrated: it`s synaptic net can control all of the Tyranid forces across the entire continent on Jenys-S II and coordinate
their attacks.

space-borne Tyranid Hive Mind.
Despite the escalation of conflict on the main continent, Captain Pauro
Sandros cannot help but think it strange that he has not been tasked with
slaying the creature and securing its carcass for Imperial xeno-biologists
to study.
Surely a wealth of information could be learned about the Tyranid menace
from this one organism, so why aren`t his superiors giving him such an
order?
It`s almost as if the higher-ups in the Imperial chain of command just
want to ignore this threat.
If Organism 1342 were to be studied, the mystery would only deepen because this Hive Tyrant is much older than any dare to imagine and it has walked across the surface of Jenys-S II before...
