ここからは僕が実際にカスタムダイスの注文メールを送ってから、完成物が届くまでの経過を紹介したいと思います。
注文には若干の英語力が必要かもしれませんが、僕の書いた英文を見てもらってもわかるように基本的にテキトウ英語でも大丈夫でした（笑）。

上記が最初の注文メールです。
大事なのはこちらの住所、郵便番号、電話番号、氏名、メールアドレス、支払方法をもらさずに書くことです。
オーダーフォームが注文ページにありますので、コピーして使うことをお勧めします。
カスタムダイスの注文は僕が書いているようにサイズ、カスタムするのは１か６か、ダイスの色とカスタムフェイスの色、そして注文数をしっかり押さえておきましょう。
あと画像を添付するのも忘れずに。 |

I would be happy to help you with your project.
I can use all of the images you sent. I do not, however, have all of the colors in the combinations you request.
I Have the Opaque Yellow available for custom work, but we only have it
available with black pips on the non-custom faces.
I can, however, use blue paint for the custom face. Would this work for
your project?
The same is true of our Opaque Black. I do not have it available with Yellow
pips, but can use Yellow for the custom face.
Let me know if this will still work.
I do not have the Phantom Orange color available for custom work. I do have the Vortex Orange and Opaque Orange, however.
Would either of these color work as a substitute?
I will be happy to generate sample die for you once we have the colors sorted out.
At the quantities you request, the dice will be $.75 USD each for designs #1 and #7. The rest of the designs will be $1.00 USD each.
Shipping to Japan will be $13.00 USD via International Airmail. This will make the total for your order $98.00 USD with shipping included.
I will be happy to arrange payment information for you once I am able to generate samples for you and get your approval on the designs.

注文したのが週末だったこともあり、なかなか返事がなくて若干心配になりましたが、４日後に返事が来ました。
内容としてはこちらが指定したダイスの色とカスタムフェイスの色の組み合わせが実現できないということでした。
黄色ダイスに例の拳マークを黒で入れることが出来ないとは理解に苦しみましたが（笑）、それならば第三中隊ということで赤にするかと開き直りました。
ファントムオレンジという幻想的な佇まいを持つ魅力的なダイスもカスタムできないということで、代わりに提案のあったヴォーテックスオレンジにすることにしました。
まぁ、黄色以外の色にはそこまでコダワリも無いんでいいかなと（笑）。 |

Yes! This Opaque Yellow with blak pips & Blue custum face. It's very
nice combination.
If you can use Red on custum face, Please use Red for Image:DICE04(Fist Icon) .
Ofcouse, You don't have Red ,Then You can use Blue.

Yes,It's OK! Maybe, This dice become a cool! Please make this dice too.

Production time for your order will be about two weeks.
Shipping will add a week to ten business days to this time so I estimate

サンプル画像が届きました。前のメールを送った翌日でしたのでかなりテンションが上がりました（笑）。
しかもクソ格好良い！どちらかというとオマケ的に考えていたロイヤルブルーと代案を飲んだオレンジが意外なほどドンピシャで惚れました。
あと黒に黄色の拳マークもヤバイ！。サブ的な使用を考えての注文でしたが、予定変更して３０個ずつにすることにしました（笑）。
ちょっと気になったのが、メインとして考えている黄色ダイスの色が黄色に見えないトコロ。
写真映りの関係だとは思いますがちょっと心配だったので、問い合わせることにしました。
僕の元にダイスが届くまで約１ヶ月はかかるだろうとも書いてあります。 |

This is almost amazing for me.
I order 30 Black with Yellow custom faceDice. I love it.
Similarly, I order 30 Royal Blue with Gold.

By the way, Is Yellow Opaque really yellow in this photograph though it is not seen yellow?Like a Beige.

とりあえず勝手に計算して、PAYPALを通じてsales@chessex.comに金額を振り込みました。
ここは重要ポイント。おそらく先方からはPAYPALを介した請求メールのようなものは来ませんので、こちらからPAYPALにログインして、「送金」の手続をする必要があります。
僕は一刻も早く生産にとりかかって欲しかったので、とりあえず勝手に金額を計算して振り込んでから上記のメールをしました。
あと色が黄色なのかどうかについても確認を忘れずにしました。 |

すぐに返信が来て、さっそく製造に取り掛かるとのことでした。
黄色の色味に関する問い合わせについては完全にスルーされたので、たぶん大丈夫なんでしょう（笑）。
それにしても、ダイスを１００個以上頼んで送料が１３ドルとは非常にリーズナブルな気はしました。
これにてメールのやりとりは終了し、あとは到着を待つばかりです。 |
