ケーシーさんのコメント With this miniature I tried to use a bit of feathering on his shoulder pads. Those are some really big shoulder pads! Vlad almost looks like a Space Marine Terminator. Because the shoulder pads were so large, I thought painting them with a different technique might make them more interesting. The gold was painted with Games Workshop Dwarf Bronze. I like to wash the gold areas with Flesh Wash and Brown Ink. The Flesh Wash gives the gold a bit of a tarnished look and the Brown Ink brings out the details. Epic Vlad is one of the most powerful figures in Warmachine. In January 2010, Privateer Press will release a new edition of Warmachine called "Warmachine MKII." Epic Vlad may be slightly less powerful in MKII but I hope he doesn't change too much. I recently did very well with him in a tournament and I want to continue my winning ways. Rmanのコメント 超格好良いエピックブラドです。もともと格好良いブラドさんですが、さすがエピックレベルだけに迫力ありますよね〜。 ルールも超強いとケーシーさんは言われてますが、 きっとウォージャックなんかもこのポーズのように一刀両断してしまうんでしょうね〜。 ケーシーさんのコメントの中で「スペースマリーンのターミネーターみたいだ」とありますが、 上半身のゴツさは言われてみれば、そんな気もしなくもないですね。 ターミネーターと違って、下半身のスマートさがまたアンバランスで逆に、更に力強さを感じさせられるのかもしれません。 ペイントについては鎧の、特に肩アーマーのペイントに目が釘付けです。 大きい肩アーマーもこういう塗り方であれば、のっぺりしなくて良いですね。 グラデーションの掛け方も印象深くて間をもたせるのに効果的だと思います。 顔や髪の毛もしっかり塗りこまれていて、男前度もきっちり表現できていると思います。 強かった（売れた）ユニットが弱くなって、弱い奴（売れなかった）ユニットが強くなる、 そういうバランスを調整するのがミニチュア会社のゲームでしょうから（笑）、ウォーマシンMk2も・・・・。 このブラドが今後もケーシーさんの勝利へ貢献してくれるといいですね。
